How much does Harvest Associates, Inc services cost?

We don’t earn any fees unless we collect your money. There is no upfront cost. We earn a percentage of what we collect for you. The percentage is based on volume and competitive considerations.

What about credit reporting?

We are set up with the three major credit reporting agencies. We will report the accounts to the credit bureaus unless you request otherwise. Reporting can be a very effective tool in collecting your debt.

What methods are available for getting the accounts to HAI for collection?

We currently get accounts on paper and electronically. If volume warrants, we will have custom programming done at our expense to get your accounts downloaded electronically into our system.

How long has HAI been in business?

Harvest Associates, Inc. was incorporated in 1993. We have over 75 years of collective experience in the collections business.

What geographical areas do you service?

We can collect in all 50 states.

How do I know how well you are performing for me?

We provide monthly reports with your monthly remittances for funds that we have received. The monthly reports give you and us a clear picture of how well we are performing. Remember, if we don’t perform, we don’t earn any fees.

Do I need to sign a contract to engage your services?

No. We do have a Client Agreement which states our fee percentage and how we handle your funds. It is a requirement that you report any funds received directly to us. It is not ethical to continue collection efforts and report to a credit bureau if the account has been paid.
